Sterling Retirement Group makes the following regulatory documents available to current and prospective clients. We encourage you to read them before deciding whether to work with us.
A short, plain-language summary of the services we offer, the fees and costs you may pay, our conflicts of interest, and other information to help you compare firms.
Our disclosure brochure describes our advisory services, fee schedule, disciplinary information, conflicts of interest, and business affiliations.
Form ADV is the registration form investment advisers file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities authorities. Part 1 provides information about an adviser’s business, ownership, clients, and business practices. Part 2 is the disclosure brochure delivered to clients and prospective clients. Form CRS, sometimes referred to as Part 3, is the relationship summary.
Before you hire an investment adviser, always ask for and carefully read every part of the adviser’s Form ADV. You can look up Sterling Retirement Group’s complete Form ADV on the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website, and check the background of your investment professional on FINRA’s BrokerCheck.
